Efficiency Reviews:
DSN has divided the efficiency review process into five phases.
This review will begin with a thorough assessment of areas such
as; state of your industry, short and long range company goals,
as well as a “hands on review” of the warehousing
departments using the DSN Review Template (as outlined below).
These phases were formulated to deliver the insight necessary
to assist you in achieving your goals, as well as keep you one
step ahead of your competition.
The process utilizes the DSN Review Template –
specifically designed to give your company a scientific approach
to the improvement process and deliver a strategic response
